It is the second time police have been forced to track down the 38-year-old who was also wanted by Lancashire Constabulary in 2018. Jamie Williams, known as 'Scouse Jay', was sentenced for possession of an offensive weapon and is wanted on a recall to prison for breach of his license conditions. Police have launched a manhunt for a distinctively tattooed fugitive with links to Lancashire.
